Boab Prison Tree
The Boab Prison Tree is a large, ancient boab tree located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
It is believed to be over 1,500 years old and was used as a prison by early European settlers to hold Aboriginal prisoners.
The tree's hollow trunk is around 14 metres in circumference, providing enough space for several prisoners at once!
