Fasten your apron and get crafty in the kitchen and cook a nordic themed feast for your lover! Or better yet, have your lover join you and cook together! Have a cook-off if you'd like some flirty fun and enjoy feasting on a different part of the world. Some popular dishes include gravadlax, soda bread, cinnamon buns, Swedish meatballs, Hasselback potatoes, pickled herring, and rye bread. Add some aquavit, a distilled spirit or craft beer, to cap the Scandinavian date experience!
