At Wyndham's Five Rivers Lookout, see where five powerful Kimberley Rivers converge and empty into the sea. The vistas of the Ord, Forrest, King, Durack, and Pentecost Rivers are breathtaking. Additionally, you can see the mudflats, hills, and mangrove swamps that surround the rivers as they join the Cambridge Gulf.
The Wyndham Bastion Range, where the Five Rivers Lookout is located, rises 360 meters above the municipality at its highest point. The greatest viewing opportunities are in the early morning or at twilight, when the sun is setting over the gulf and illuminating the ocean in a rainbow of colors.
