By theleaf.app On 17 Dec 2021

Mana Pools National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Zimbabwe, on the banks of the Zambezi River. The park is populated by abundant wildlife, from crocodiles, lions, leopards, hippopotamuses, elephants and lots of other animals! Visitors will sail the Zambezi river taking in the breathless beauty of this place. This adventurous safari destination not only has a rich wildlife but is also rich in biodiversity.

Expect to spot an abundance of wild animals in action as they hunt, an array of aquatic birds, beautiful landscapes, and exotic plant life. Admire the acacia and baobab trees as they provide shade to the 12,000-strong elephant population, and shelter to more than 400 species of the African skimmer. Mana Pools also hosts a concentration of large mammals including the African wild dog, zebra, impala, cheetah, bushbuck, waterbuck, and the warthog. Canoe across the Zambezi River or explore on foot the beauty of such pristine wilderness. In either case, words cannot do justice to the game viewing experience at Mana Pools National Park. You have to see it for yourself.
