Tessellated Pavement
Tessellated pavement is a natural rock formation found along the coastline of Tasmania, Australia. The unique pattern is created by the erosion of dolerite rocks, which have been smoothed and shaped by the sea over thousands of years.
The resulting geometric shapes and patterns are mesmerizing and have become a popular spot for tourists to visit and photograph. The most famous location for tessellated pavement is at Eaglehawk Neck, where a short walk will lead you to a large area of the pavement.
