The Nut
The Nut is a striking geological formation located in Stanley, Tasmania, Australia. It is a steep-sided volcanic plug, standing 143 meters tall. The Nut is a popular tourist destination and offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, including the town of Stanley and Bass Strait.
Visitors can reach the summit of The Nut via a steep walking track, or take a chairlift to the top.
