Timber Creek
Timber Creek is a small town located in the Victoria River District of the Northern Territory, Australia. It is situated on the Stuart Highway, approximately halfway between Katherine and Kununurra, Western Australia. The town is surrounded by rugged wilderness, including the Victoria River and the Keep River National Park.
It is known for its rich history, including being an important location during the construction of the Overland Telegraph Line in the 1870s.
