Torres Strait
The Torres Strait is a strait located between Australia and Papua New Guinea. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, as well as its diverse marine life and coral reefs. The Torres Strait Islanders, who are the traditional owners of the land, have a strong connection to the sea and rely on fishing and pearl farming as their main source of livelihood.
